The Korean War was at its best incredibly ugly. The staff of the M. A.S. H. 4077 unit are all looking for a way to survive the war and return home to their lives all in one piece. One way of doing that is through humor. Hawkeye Pierce (Donald Sutherland) has a fierce wit and a great sense of humor to go along with his amazing abilities as a surgeon. He and his best friend, Trapper John (Elliott Gould) are always finding ways of keeping themselves and others amused while the war constantly finds its way into the cocoon of protection they are attempting to weave. Caring about their patients also leads them down a dreary path as they realize no matter how many times they patch them up, they will just be returned to the front for another chance to die. Can their humor see them through this tough situation?

A motley crew of four robbers pull off a diamond heist in downtown London, but they must then must deal with how to get the diamonds safely out of the country. The sexy, but calculating Wanda Gershwitz (Jamie Lee Curtis) and the brawn-over-brains Otto (Kevin Kline) turn in Wanda's lover, Georges Thomason (Tom Georgeson) in an attempt to keep the diamonds for themselves. Wanda and Otto keep animal-lover Ken Pile (Michael Palin) around to get rid of the elderly witness Mrs. Coady (Patricia Hayes), but Ken finds himself distraught when his attempts to silence the witness silence her pet dogs, instead. Wanda and Otto also discover another problem: Georges moved the diamonds before his arrest and he's not divulging their new hiding place until they manage to extract him from his legal trouble. Wanda looks outside the box for a different solution, namely seducing Georges' barrister, Archie Leach (John Cleese) to learn the whereabouts of the diamonds. A farce of stratospheric proportions ensues as all four of the robbers attempt to outwit each other, all while trying to keep the truth from Archie, whose good sense is obscured by his interest in the beautiful Wanda.

He is fired from the job however some misunderstanding happens the fired list gets exchanged with the party list and mistakenly he is being invited for the exclusive Hollywood party. The party has all the big and rich personalities from the movie world. The story progresses as Hrundi adjusts himself in the grand party doing things and activities creating laughter riots. The extraordinary party turns out to be a great mess because of his presence.

But then he gets a letter. The uncle that he used to spend summers with as a child in the France Provence has died and left him the entire wine estate. He decides to put it on the market, so off he flies to France. It is in the Provence that mishaps lead to transformation. He meets a girl, meets his never known cousin, and finds out that his grapes are the stock of the best wine in the region. He remembers the good life and decides to quit being a banker and become a vinter.
